LEV systems are intended to control substances hazardous to health, including biological agents. legislation requires that LEV systems be well maintained, thoroughly examined and tested at regular intervals.

As well as maintaining the equipment on a regular basis it is a statutory requirement to undertake formal examination and testing of LEV systems. legislation covering this can be found in Health and Safety Executive Booklets HS(G)54, HS(G)37 and in the statutory Instrument No. 3246 1994 (COSHH). All equipment used for testing is fully calibrated to comply with ISO 9001:2000 for which we are accredited.

Maintenance
We offer a regular maintenance plan to check for any defects should they arise over time due to wear and tear. Our fully trained staff will be happy to draw up an individual maintenance schedule designed specifically to meet your needs. Maintenance on LEV plant should not exceed 14 months.
